Those that are for “any level” or don’t have enough information to assign a range are grouped in publication order before the sorted modules.Įdition is noted, but AD&D 1e, 2e and the various Basics are all largely interchangeable, so I haven’t put them in separate groups. In a few vague cases (7-10 characters with a minimum of 70 levels) I’ve guessed at the range. These don’t fit neatly in the above order, but I’ve placed them at the end of the X average group (so 9+ comes after 8-10). Some level ranges (mainly in Dragon modules) are given as X+ with no upper bound instead of X-Y. Within each average, the narrower ranges come before the wider ones, (eg. These are arranged in order of average level ((min + max)/2). I’ve decided to post it in case anybody else would like to do this.įirst, I have all the generic adventures, arranged by level range, in order of publication within each range. This grew to include all the Dragon modules (all except three published before Dungeon launched and one of those was a reprint) until now it takes up 85 pages in a Word document. I had long entertained the idea of running a campaign made of stitched-together modules, so I decided to start with issue #1 and make a list. I skimmed through the pertinent Dungeon issues, compiled the ones that fit, then realized my mistake before posting. This began when I misread a thread and went looking for 2e nautical adventures instead of encounters.
